You will be joining a small, dynamic team with a family atmosphere , committed to providing its customers with a high-quality, secure and humane service. This subsidiary of a major international group operates in the construction sector.


Jobomschrijving

Are you looking for an assignment with diversified tasks and lots of customer contact? Are you autonomous, versatile and fluent in French and English? If so, this temporary replacement mission as Sales Administrator is for you! Your responsibilities will include:

  • Tracking orders from encoding to invoicing, and calculating external costs related to these orders.
  • You will be responsible for the credit requests to the finance department.
  • You will be in regular contact with customers by telephone in English and French.
  • You support the analysis of new orders and the dispatch of order acknowledgements .
  • You create European Certificates of Conform ity and regularly share files to the various group subsidiaries.
  • You manage the archives .
  • You take part in various team meetings .
